How AI and storage usage works

AI in HoopoeBuilt-in chat and drafting use AI paid for by Hoopoe. A tool in your own AI can read and update authorised Hoopoe work; your AI host pays for its own model use. If that tool asks Hoopoe to draft or revise, it also uses Hoopoe-funded AI.

Files and chargesAI and storage have included allowances and hard limits. Buy 1,000 extra AI credits for £10 once, or add 500 GB storage for £15/month. No automatic top-ups or overage charges. Files can be up to 2 GB each.

What is included in each plan?
Both plans include requests, scope, planning, capacity, time tracking, delivery economics, feedback and approvals. Studio has 2 client workspaces and 5 team members included. Agency has 10 client workspaces, 15 team members included, and your branding and domain.
What does an extra team member cost?
Beyond the team members included in your plan, each extra person has a set monthly price, and the price for each additional person falls as your team grows: £8 each for extra members 1 to 5, £5 for 6 to 20, £3 from the 21st. Each price applies only to the members in that band. For example, Agency with 25 people is £184 a month: £119 plus £65 for 10 extra. VAT is not currently charged.
Do clients count as team members?
No. Clients and their reviewers are free and unlimited on every plan.
Do client reviewers pay?
No. Client reviewers are free and unlimited on Studio and Agency.
Is AI or storage usage charged separately?
AI and storage have included allowances and hard limits. Buy 1,000 extra AI credits for £10 once, or add 500 GB storage for £15/month. No automatic top-ups or overage charges. Files can be up to 2 GB each.
Does connecting our own AI use Hoopoe-funded AI?
Ordinary MCP access uses your AI host's model. Hoopoe drafting and revision tools invoke Hoopoe-funded AI, including when started through MCP. An ordinary connection does not consume Hoopoe model usage for the host's reasoning.
What happens after the trial?
The 14-day trial needs no card and includes one client workspace and up to 15 team members. Choosing a plan part-way through keeps the rest of your trial, and your first payment is taken when it ends. If you do not choose a plan, Hoopoe becomes read-only so you can review and export your data.
Do prices include VAT?
No. The listed monthly prices exclude VAT.
